Charging when powered down

“Power down When single battery cell voltage is lower than 2.2V or the total voltage of the battery pack is about 38V, the battery is in power-down state. In the power-down state, please press the ON-OFF switch to power on the battery and charge it with a charger immediately. In the power-down state, you can only charge it after you turn on the switch.”
