Certification standards
The safety standards manufacturers cite for their products. Each one stands on its own: a standard covering a cell is not a standard covering the pack built from those cells, and neither is a standard covering the vehicle the pack goes into. A transport test is none of them. Holding one says nothing about the others, and we record what a source claims, not what a certifying body has confirmed.
