Singapore’s Consumer Product Safety Office reserve their text: their published terms require written permission before any of it is reproduced, and we have not asked for it. So this catalogue carries no notice text of theirs — only a notice's own headline, its date and the address it lives at, so you can read it from them. Their address is printed below; nothing here quotes them.
No reuse licence. Their Terms of Use, clause 6, read on 23 September 2026: "Except as otherwise provided, the contents of this website shall not be reproduced, adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, uploaded, posted, framed, transmitted linked to or otherwise distributed in any way or stored in an information retrieval system, without the prior written permission of CCS." Clause 4 claims the rights: "All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by CCS." Clause 16 adds "Caching and the framing of this website or any of the contents are prohibited", which is a direct answer to §25's archived copy. Two things are stated rather than smoothed over. The terms name CCS — the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore — as the site's maintainer, not Enterprise Singapore, which is who runs it today and who signs the notices; we quote the page as it stands rather than correcting it into the name we expected. And clause 8 keeps statutory rights open — "The above terms are without prejudice to any rights granted under the Copyright Act 2021" — so fair dealing under Singapore law is not foreclosed by clause 6. Reading that far is a legal judgement this project does not make for itself (§20), so nothing of CPSO's beyond a notice's own title and address is reproduced here.
