The Swedish National Electrical Safety Board, the second of the two Swedish authorities here and the one whose remit is electrical products. Their register — "Försäljningsförbud och andra åtgärder", sales bans and other measures — holds 908 notices running back to 2 March 2009, every one of them an electrical product, and they state their own throughput in their own words: "Varje år kontrollerar Elsäkerhetsverket omkring 400 produkter varav 30 procent får försäljningsförbud." Each notice is published under ten labelled fields of the Board's own, including the manufacturer, the brand, the model, the type of product and the defects found.

Sweden’s Elsäkerhetsverket allow their material to be reused and attributed on the terms named above. What those terms say about COMMERCIAL reuse is not settled — either they do not address it or their own pages do not agree — so this page does not claim it is permitted. What this catalogue does either way is the same: their words are marked as theirs and attributed as they ask, our own summaries are marked as ours, and their notice's address is printed beside every quotation. No logo or image of theirs is used anywhere on this site.
Their whole published answer, under the heading "Får jag använda artiklar från er webbplats?" and last reviewed by them on 5 March 2025: "Du får gärna använda rapporter och annat material från vår webbplats i till exempel undervisning eller presentationer och bildspel, så länge du anger att det är Elsäkerhetsverket som är källan." Our English, labelled as ours: you are welcome to use reports and other material from our website in, for example, teaching or presentations and slideshows, as long as you state that Elsäkerhetsverket is the source. Two readings of that are recorded rather than one chosen. The grant is open-ended — "annat material" (other material) and "till exempel" (for example) are both deliberately not a closed list — and its only condition is naming them, which every notice here does; that is why redistribution is ALLOWED. But the examples they reach for are teaching and presentations, and nothing in the sentence addresses selling, adapting or their logo; those stay UNKNOWN. Their open-data page is not a second answer to this: "Elsäkerhetsverket har idag inga avgifter som gäller särskilt för handlingar som omfattas av öppna data-lagen.
