DSB, the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning, are technically responsible for it and publish most of it; Sjøfartsdirektoratet (maritime), Nasjonal kommunikasjonsmyndighet, Miljødirektoratet, Mattilsynet, Arbeidstilsynet, Statens vegvesen, Justervesenet and Direktoratet for byggkvalitet publish there beside them. Every notice names the authority that issued it, and so does every record here.
