An OEM-approved lithium-ion charger for this vehicle — one the battery's management system can work with. E-Z-GO's manual gives three charge rates chosen by battery temperature (none below 14°F or above 140°F, a six-amp pre-charge at the edges, full charging in between) and says the BMS and the charger cooperate to pick one. A charger that cannot be told the pack's temperature cannot do that. The manual documents Delta-Q QuiQ models 913-4830-E3/E38/E5/E58, an RC900 ELiTE and an E-Z-GO ELiTE charger in its appendices.

The pack is 70.4 volts and these carts leave the factory at 36 or 48 volts, so fitting it raises the cart's system voltage — a conversion, not a replacement.
