the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards allow their material to be reused on the terms named above, and this catalogue uses it on those terms: their words are attributed to them, our own summaries are marked as ours, and their notice's address is printed on every page that quotes them. No logo or image of theirs is used anywhere on this site.

The OPSS recalls page itself, at gov.uk/product-safety-alerts-reports-recalls, carries the statement in its own footer: "All content is available under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated", beside "© Crown copyright". The licence itself, at the National Archives: "You are free to: copy, publish, distribute and transmit the Information; adapt the Information; exploit the Information commercially and non-commercially", on the condition that you acknowledge the source — and where the Information Provider specifies none, "you must use the following: Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0." That required sentence is what the attribution field above carries, verbatim. ORIGINAL NOTE, KEPT: GOV.UK's own recalls-and-alerts publication states it is licensed under OGL v3.0 except where otherwise stated; OGL permits commercial and non-commercial reuse with attribution, but excludes third-party copyright content (identified separately on a page) and — per OGL v3.0's own standard exclusions — departmental logos/crests, which stay RESTRICTED here.

This page indexes recalls and safety alerts published by the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards, taken from its own official source. It is not the regulator’s own site; their address is printed above and their own search is linked, and theirs is the authoritative record.
